
I offer a distance coaching program for people who want to train with me but aren’t able to do so in-person.
I have had amazing results training clients online but there is a lot more emphasis on you working hard and getting your nutrition right. My online coaching has evolved over time to give you the ‘in-person experience’ online.
How it works;
- The process begins with an in-depth conversation (or video chat) where we get to know each other and can discuss your goals, injury history, past training, nutrition and favourite Netflix series (can’t go wrong with Sons of Anarchy)… you know all the essentials.
- From there I will put a plan together and then upload it to your personalised app and create your tracker. We then stay in close contact to tweak the program if needed.
- I’m a stickler for form so I will be asking you to send me videos of you training correctly as the plan is no good if not executed properly.
- After the initial few weeks of making sure everything is correct and setting up the foundations we do regular check-ins to make sure you are progressing and your training stays fresh and optimal. I’m just on the end of the app if you need me.
The process takes a lot of work on both ends, so if it’s just a program you are after, I’m not your guy
For this reason I require a three month commitment upfront – real results take time!
