Some transformations from my amazing clients.

“My aim was to lose weight and be in the best shape I could be for a holiday in Florida. I had been to the gym before but did ever have a set plan. Kavan created a tailored plan for me and taught me about what nutrition I needed. Without Kavans attention to detail and encouragement id have given up along time ago. A very sceptical gentleman approached me about training with a very negative attitude to achieving his goals to lose weight and getting a better body shape whilst improving his overall cardio health.  We worked out some fun ways to help him reach his goals so he would not become bored and lose focus so although we worked hard it didn’t always feel like hard work!!

“When I first heard about the plan, I really wasn’t sure that weight training would help me reach my goals. I worried I’d become bulky or that I’d put on weight as I wasn’t doing any cardio.  Kavan was able to reassure me by promising great results at the end of the programme. Seeing the plan laid out in the app really helped. Kavan was good at giving great feedback and guidance when I ask questions – like how do I do a pull up or how can I make it harder or easier, and filming how to videos for me to see.   I hit my targets and then some”

I took part in Kavan’s 3 month training plan. When I started I was out of shape and didn’t really know where to begin. Kavan helped me better understand what it was that I wanted to achieve, giving me real purpose and setting challenging, but attainable personal fitness goals. Before starting I was restricted to wearing a select few elasticated trousers (after a great Christmas) but by the end my whole wardrobe was open for selection once more! My biggest takeaways were consistency in your training whatever that looks like for you, eat slightly less and try and do something you enjoy – as long as it gets you out of breath or sweating it’s probably doing you good!

A twentysomething lady came to me not hopeful that she could achieve her goals having tried both by herself and with other trainers previously.  I was able to help her change her mindset about actual weight and see the changes happening to her body shape on her journey to lose weight and gain confidence and feeling good about her progress.   She lost over two stone and gained the confidence she needed to feel good about herself.
